Building in Harare
We are a construction company based in Harare, and the whole business runs out of Strathaven Plaza rather than out of a site office that moves with the work. That matters more than it sounds: suppliers know us, the crews are ours rather than assembled per project, and when something needs resolving you are talking to the same people next month that you spoke to this month.
Local knowledge here is practical, not decorative. Knowing how long a City of Harare submission actually takes, which suppliers hold stock versus which quote on stock they do not have, where the ground gets reactive, and how the November-to-March rains should shape a programme — these are the things that decide whether a build finishes when it was supposed to. A contractor learning them on your project is learning them at your expense.
Our work across the city runs from full new-build homes through pools, gardens and commercial renovation. Because we carry design, construction, landscaping and services in one business, a Harare project with several of those elements runs under one contract and one programme instead of four contractors negotiating with each other across your site.
